Crafting a distinct narrative of opulence for a sprawling 7,000 square foot, entire-floor residence in Dubai proved to be an invigorating task. Our aim was to forge a language of luxury befitting a grand urban abode in the twenty-first century—one that resonates with the grandeur and excellence synonymous with Manhattan’s most esteemed residences from the Gilded Age. From meticulously tailored architectural elements to an array of exquisite furnishings and artworks, each facet of this residence embodies the essence of discernment in a manner that feels both contemporary and refined, devoid of pretension, yet profoundly pertinent to modern living.
